From Friday, April 10th to Sunday, April 12th, 2026, you’ll be held in a thoughtfully curated weekend designed to gently slow the nervous system, awaken the body, and nourish the spirit—without pressure, performance, or expectation.
Yoga & Intentional Movement
Multiple yoga sessions include morning flow, vinyasa, and restorative/meditative stretching. A guided hike leads us through nature to ground us while moving our bodies.
Private Chef
Two private chefs will join us for a weekend full of seasonal, nourishing meals that fuel us and create moments to gather and connect.
Creative Workshops
Mocktails, candle-making, herbs & aromatics, and botanicals all come together in a variety of ways to craft an opportunity to express your creativity.
A Quiet Escape
All activities are optional. This property is nestled on over 80 acres of private land in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You are welcome to step away and enjoy a moment to yourself whenever you desire.
